First, start with a beautiful, white embroidered tunic, from India. Our supplier is a company which is committed to nourishing sustainable artisan communities that honor traditional techniques such as embroidery. This 100% cotton tunic is a comfortable basic for any warm weather destination.
Next, pack a versatile dress. Our lovely cotton dress is made in a fair trade factory in Kathmandu, Nepal. The dress is accented with side pockets which are perfect for a phone or sunglasses! The pockets have pleats and embroidered details. This company is also a certified green business that produces clothing that is socially, environmentally and economically responsible.
Of course you will need a tote bag for the pool, beach or local shopping. Our tote is made of sturdy cotton with a hand-screened fern pattern and has an inner pocket. The tote is approximately 17 x 1 x 18 inches.
Accessorize your tunic or dress with a soft red scarf or beaded necklace. Each scarf is produced with traditional techniques to support young refugee women in Kenya. We are featuring a tomato red and grey tasseled scarf which is made of rayon and cotton and is approximately 36″ x 88″. Each one is hand dyed so that no two are alike.
The gorgeous 12 strand bead necklace comes from artisans in Guatemala. The necklace is 16.5 inches long and has a magnetic clasp for quick and easy accessorizing. The artisan group is located on Lake Atitlan which may have inspired the lovely color combination of sand, white and teal beads.
